Where can the Flowers be delivered ?
The Flowers can be delivered all across the length & breadth of
India Please view the
Delivery locations. The same day delivery locations and all
locations which can be immediately serviced are classified seperately. List
of locations to where the order has to to be placed preferably 24-48 hrs
in advance has also been mentioned. For the locations not mentioned in
the entire locations list, please do send us an e-mail specifying your
desired product ,the delivery location and delivery date so that we
could check and confirm the same.
From where are the Flowers bought ?
All the items are bought from local Florists of the
respective city or Town which have
been renowned for their quality of service for years. We deliver only Fresh
Flowers.

How do I place an order ?
First select the product you want. Then click on the "Add to
card". Then to add more items you can click on "Add more items". Once
you have all your items in the shopping cart, click on "Pay &
Finish"..Fill in all the columns and you can write all your
special instructions for delivery (like on what date you would like
delivered etc.) . After entering all details click on "Submit" and you
have placed your order. Incase you have any doubts or needs to clarify
anything you may please email giving us more instructions regarding
delivery.
I enter the order, what happens then ? How does the process go ?
As soon as you enter the order successfully, a message is sent to us,
at Hyderabad, India.We start processing all orders at 9.00 am IST and
make sure that the delivery is made on the specified date. Your will
instantly receive an Order number from our payment gateway processor
(CC Avenue/Avenues India) stating your entire order details. Incase
you have missed out any details then please do mail us immediately at
indiaflowerdeliveries@yahoo.co.in
so that we
will do the needful immediately.
Almost all deliveries are
acknowledged and an e-mail is sent to
you from India Flower Deliveries acknowledging the receipt of your
order. After the delivery is completed we will also try and mail you
the delivery confirmation the same day evening or by next day morning
depending on the time of completion of your delivery. That ends the gift process.
Can I send some message along with the Flowers ?
Yes, You can send a message with the Flowers . Just enter your details in the '
Instructions column' and we shall send a card along with
your gift with your message on it
Can one order for Custom Made Flower Deliveries?
Yes, You are most welcome to send us your unique Flower Gift ideas
like Delivering life Size Flowers, A Room full of Flowers, Flowers
delivery to the same person 3-4 times a day,365 Roses etc...Pl do mail us your
specifications and the same can be executed depending on the location
and feasibility.
How many days do you take to deliver the Flowers after the payment
has been made?
We deliver your Flowers on the specified date provided you. For the
same day delivery orders the orders should be place before 12 Noon
everyday. We believe that your
occasion is important and we understand this .The Flowers shall be
delivered during the working hours, from 9am. to 8.00 pm. We will try
our best to deliver the Flowers at the exact time indicated by you but
we request your cooperation to kindly accommodate reasonable time
delays due to sporadic and festive demands.
How can I help to ensure my delivery is made on time?
When filling out the order form please make sure you complete all
items to the best of your knowledge. Items such as address, telephone
number and major landmarks are very helpful. Please indicate any
instructions for us appropriately by separate e-mail if possible. Flowers will
be hand delivered ASAP between 9Am to 8Pm on the specified date.Flower can also be delivered at any specific time depending on
the distance and the products/Most of our orders are delivered ASAP
before noon itself. If you place ur order 24 hrs in advance then only
we can surely try our level best to get it delivered at any specific
time or ASAP
How do I make the payment ?

If a credit card company refuses or declines a charge,
how can I get more information?
To protect the card owner's privacy, credit card companies do not tell
the merchant (CCAvenue) the reason why a customer's charge was
refused. If an order is refused or declined, you should contact your
credit card company and ask the reason why the charge was declined. We
however do email you the message that the order has been refused
or declined; and advise your to try again with a different credit
card.
What level of encryption
does your online retailer use?

transmission. To put this into non-technical terms, it would take

Contrary to media myth, computer-to-computer transactions using secure
servers are generally considered very safe indeed - certainly as safe
as, or even safer than, transactions which rely on signatures on bits
of paper or card details dictated across a potentially open telephone
lines. CCAvenue contains a number of features designed for e-commerce
security across the Internet. Combined, these features make CCAvenue
many times more secure than other "distant" users of a credit or debit
card, such as telephone or mail order and of course, its competitors.
CCAvenue adopts stringent security measures to ensure that critically
sensitive information, such as your personal information, is
protected. For ultimate data security CCAvenue follows the policy of
making end customers place their credit card numbers and bank account
details directly onto the secure web pages provided on Payseal.com and
citibank.co.in and the various Net Banking interfaces. Authorization

ADDED SECURITY
The Card Verification Method, or CVM, consists of a 3 or 4-digit
numeric code that is printed at the back of the credit card along with
(after) the credit card number, where the card holder signs in his
signature on the card. This additional 3 or 4 digit numeric code is
not embossed on the card nor available in the magnetic stripe. This
additional 3 or 4 digit is code is featured / incorporated on all
Master Cards and Visa cards issued worldwide, including cards 'Valid
only in India and Nepal'. Visa calls this security feature as CVV2 and
Master Card calls it as CVC2.
The purpose of CVM is to ensure that the person submitting the
transaction is in possession of the actual card, since the code cannot
be copied from charge slips / receipts or skimmed from the magnetic
band. CCAvenue requests you to provide this numeric code for your
order and submits it with the authorization through the Citibank
gateway. The card processor (i.e. Visa or Master Card) will then
validate the code supplied with the number on record for the specific
card, and return a match / no-match response.
Authentication by Verisign
CCAvenue is registered with Verisign, the world's best and most trust
worthy Net Authentication Agency. CCAvenue also follows strict
in-house security guidelines for ensuring confidentiality of your
information. Since the Payment Gateway application software is
maintained at ICICI's E-Payments and Citibank's secure high-end
servers, new payment technologies, standards and features are
automatically implemented as they emerge. Citibanks and ICICI's
E-Payments payment gateway is integrated with risk management
component, which empowers them with the ability to control risk
effectively. So you get the benefits of the latest technologies, which
allows you to stay ahead in the rapidly changing landscape of
E-commerce.
Are the items delivered as per the display on the web page ?
Image is indicative only. Perishable gifts
are sourced locally . Local taste and individual craftmanship has its
influence on the final product delivered.
But IndiaFlowerDeliveries.com, reserves the right to deliver a
similar / alternate product from different source for reasons beyond

When will I know that the delivery has been made?
After the delivery is completed we will also try and mail you the
delivery confirmation the same day evening or by next day morning
depending on the time of completion of your delivery.
Whose name will appear
in Your Credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will be billed as CCAvenue.com or Avenues
(I) Pvt. Ltd who are the authorized online Payment processor for IndiaFlowerDeliveries.com
What if the recipient's address is wrong or the recipient no longer
stays there ?
We will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change
the receiver's address 24 hrs before the delivery date, else
your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made. But under no
circumstances will the Flowers be changed. In case of perishable
commodities like sweets, cakes, flowers etc., an extra charge (our
cost price) will incur for re-purchase.
What if I have to cancel my order ?/What if I have to make some
changes?
Orders once placed can be cancelled if ordered by Credit card if
informed 24 hrs in advance. You can change your order or request for a
message/address change 24 hours before the delivery date. But in
no circumstances will cancellation of order be allowed for Net Banking
Transactions. Orders cannot be cancelled after the delivery date or
after the delivery time. You are most welcome to send us your request
for cancellation of any order and depending on the status of the order
we will help you out accordingly.
What is India Flower Deliveries Refund
Policy?
The Customer may cancel an Order without giving any
reasons within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of placing
the Order, and receive a refund. Any Order cancellation subsequent to
this would be governed by India Flower Deliveries Refund Policy . There
will be no refunds in the cases of Orders for flowers and cakes as
they are perishable items.
Refunds for Orders placed for other items will be at the discretion of
India Flower Deliveries.com
, based on the status of India Flower Deliveries's Order with the
vendor. If the order has not been placed with our Vendor then we will
surely try our level best not to charge your credit card. But in no
circumstances will cancellation of order be allowed for Net Banking
Transactions.
What if the delivery is not done or is late ?
Even though we shall try to meet the date and time of delivery
schedule as given in the order form, any delayed/early delivery for
whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages from us. We
are confident of providing prompt delivery service but due to
unavoidable circumstances if any case arise such that we are not able
to deliver the gifts, we shall refund you the money at the earliest.

What if the ordered item is out of stock or not available for
shipping ?
Incase if an ordered item other then flowers is not available for shipping or if it is
out of stock, India Flower Deliveries.com would promptly inform the sender
of the gift by email and the sender can either cancel that or choose
any alternate gift of that value or pay the difference for another
gift. For Flowers if a particular flower or a particular colour is not
available then the next best available combination will be delivered.
Do you charge extra for Shipping?
NO. All prices are inclusive of Free Shipping & Handling all over
India.
Are there any
additional charges apart from the charges mentioned on the Site
None. Our charges are all inclusive.
Can you deliver keeping my identity a secret?
Yes, we can do it provided you are not troubling anyone, because if
such a referral comes back to us, we shall divulge your name. The
understanding to keep your identity a secret is a mutual one.
