Flowers/Products are sourced locally. Local taste, availability and individual craftsmanship has its influence on the final product delivered. If the flower/product specified in the arrangement are not available, suitable alternative will be used.

2. We shall take due caution to deliver the flowers and gifts to the correct person at the address in the order form. However this disclaims any responsibility for damage and/or compensation. India Flower Deliveries.com is not responsible if addresses filled in are wrong or invalid. We will attempt delivery of the items once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order. Being perishable in nature, neither we nor our enabling partner will be able to accept any returns of such items.

3. Changes in order can be communicated upto 24 hours before the delivery time of the order. We will do our best to ensure the changes are made but there is no guarantee on this count.

4. All bouquets will be assembled as per the description on the web page. However, bouquets, Flower Arrangements,wreath, Teddy Bear ,Cakes, Vase, sweets and other gifts may be arranged differently from those shown in the respective pictures. A hand-made arrangement is always unique and may vary from the picture. The flower type, size, colors may vary according to season and local availability on the specified date of delivery.If the specified flower/product are not available, then suitable alternative will be sent.

5.India Flower Deliveries.com reserves the right to deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond our control and such action shall not be deemed as non-delivery.

6. We will do our best to meet the date and time of delivery as specified, but any delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for compensation. We shall endeavor our best to deliver the Gift / Product on the specified date, except for unavoidable circumstances, which fall beyond our reasonable control - such as strikes, bandhs, fire & natural calamities etc. In such cases, we shall seek your prior approval to deliver the product on the next immediate possible date. Alternatively, sale amount would be refunded to the customer at his option, in such circumstances.

7. On the designated date of delivery, we will deliver your gifts at the given address. If the recipient is unavailable, India Flower Deliveries.com reserves the right to leave the bouquet or gift with the receptionist/watchman/caretaker of the building or any other such responsible person with instructions for delivery to the recipient. Under such circumstances, the delivery will be deemed to have been completed .Incase the address is not complete and if the recipients phone no is not in use or out of order then we will try and locate the same locally and incase we are still unable to locate the house then the order is deemed to have been completed. For all the perishable items like cakes and flower bouquets we will not be able to accept any returns of such items and therefore the customer shall still be charged for the order.

8. Please make sure that you enter the order correctly. The right to accept or deny any order is at the sole discretion of  India Flower Deliveries.com

14.The size and colour of the basket shown will change depending on local craftsmanship. This applies to Flower Vase also as the vase shape and colour will change from city to city depending on availability of vases locally.

15.We do not undertake any responsibility in regard to the process of Preparation, Quality, and Ingredients etc, of the product. For all the perishable items like cakes and flower bouquets we will not be able to accept any returns of such items and therefore the customer shall still be charged for the order.

24.For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host.

25.If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

26.If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed.  If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.

27.For delivery of flowers to Offices/Call Centres, please do provide us the extension Nos of the recipient. Incase the recipient does not respond then we will leave the product at the office security  or at the reception.

28.No delivery on Sundays, Festival days & National holidays. Orders received for those days will be delivered subject to availability & feasibility of the same on those days. Incase delivery cannot be executed, then it will be delivered ASAP on the next working day.

29. Flowers will be hand delivered ASAP between 9Am to 7Pm on the specified date.
(Flower can also be delivered at any specific time depending on the distance and the products/Most of our orders are delivered ASAP before noon itself. If you place ur order 24 hrs in advance then only we can surely try our level best to get it delivered at any specific time or ASAP)

30.If delivery date is not mentioned in ur order then we will assume that it has to delivered ASAP and as per the cut off delivery time for that day, we will deliver ur order on that day or the next day after sending you an e-mail for the same.

31.In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. We will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user or You and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user or You.

32.Once any order is cancelled or the amt is partially refunded or totally refunded then nominal transaction charges will be levid by the payment gateway processor,CCavenue.com(approx around 5- 7% of the total cost).We do not have any stay in that as its the cost for using their payment gateway.

33.Incase we receive incomplete orders like omission of delivery date, message, senders name. recipients address, phone number etc then ur order will be kept on hold untill we receive the complete details of the delivery. Our first communication to you will be by e-mail and incase we dont receive a reply from you then we will immediately try and call you on ur contact no given in ur order form and still if we are unable to reach you then your order will be on hold till we receive ur confirmation by e-mail.

34.We are not responsible if the recipients phone number is incorrect of not reachable or if there is no response on their nos. We will make regular attempts on the given number in order to establish contact with the recipient. In order to deliver ur order smoothly, pl give the recipients landline number and also their mobile numbers either at the time of placing ur order ar else you can send us a mail mentioning the contact nos of the recipient.

35.Once your order is shipped then we will not be able to cancel ur order at any cost as we would have already incurred the cost for preparing the product. Any cancellation has to be intimated to us 24 hrs in advance in order to get the refund. Otherwise there will not be any refund even if the product is not delivered. Consideration will be given only to rare cases where in we will not have incurred any cost for the same.

36.Incase the senders name is not to be mentioned or wrongly mentioned in ur order then we can deliver it accordingly but after ur order has been delivered and if the receiver insist on knowing the senders details then we have the right to disclose the details of the sender to the receiver as per the order details.

37.We deliver flowers within city limits only. Delivery to city outskirts & suburbs will be considered only on rear cases subject to distance & feasability.

38.At the time of ordering pl make sure that you enter the full details of the recipient like complete postal address. Also pl do give us alternate nos just incase the given phone nos are not reachable on the date of the delivery.

39.Once you place the order, you will immediately receive a order no from CC Avenue with the copy of the details that has been entered by you. Incase any of the fields are found empty of incomplete, then pl do mail us back immediately at  info@indiaflowerdeliveries.com
 

40.All orders received without delivery date will be processed only after receiving the date of the delivery from your side. We will be mailing you the request for the delivery date and the order processing will start from the time of receiving ur confirmation for the same and not from the time you had placed the order.

41.There is no facility to send cryptic messages. Only plane messages can be sent with the flowers. No offensive or sensual messages are allowed. In case of receipt of such messages then we have the right to send only the senders name without the message along with the flowers.

42.We do accept orders in advance but then on the date of the delivery if there is a strike/Hartal or any local law & order problem in the specified location then we will deliver the order during the next working day only irrespective of the specified date mentioned in the order.

43.Users who place orders on the Website for any product or service will be doing at their own discretion.
